This is a placeholder Terms of Service. Before launching, replace this with a full, legally reviewed ToS covering account terms, intellectual property, refunds, disputes, and liability limitations.
1. Acceptance
By using Early Creatives, you agree to these Terms. Only adults (18+) may create accounts. Accounts for young artists must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
2. Original Artwork Only
You may only upload artwork that you created yourself and own the rights to. Uploading artwork that includes trademarked characters, copyrighted images, or work created by someone else is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
3. Content Moderation
All uploaded artwork is subject to review by our admin team. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates our community standards, safety guidelines, or copyright policy.
4. Sales & Payouts
Products are sold through our marketplace. Stripe processes all payments. Payouts to artists (via parent accounts) will be processed according to our payout schedule. Early Creatives retains a platform fee (to be disclosed before launch).

5. Prohibited Content
- Copyrighted or trademarked characters/imagery
- Violent, hateful, or adult content
- Content that identifies real children by name or location
- Spam or misleading product descriptions
6. Limitation of Liability
Early Creatives is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to us in the three months preceding a claim.
