Protecting original creators — including our young artists.
Original Artwork Only
Early Creatives is a marketplace for original artwork created by young artists. We take copyright seriously — both to protect our artists and to protect the rights of other creators.
By uploading artwork to Early Creatives, the parent/guardian confirms that:
- ✓The artwork was created entirely by the young artist
- ✓The artwork does not include any copyrighted characters, logos, or imagery from third parties
- ✓The artwork does not include trademarked symbols or brand elements
- ✓The family owns all rights to the uploaded artwork
What's NOT Allowed
- ❌ Disney, Marvel, DC, Pixar, or any major studio characters
- ❌ Nintendo, Sony, or other video game characters (e.g., Mario, Pokémon)
- ❌ Brand logos (Nike, Apple, McDonald's, etc.)
- ❌ Sports team logos or mascots
- ❌ Music artist imagery or band logos
- ❌ Any image traced or digitally copied from another creator's work
DMCA Takedown Process
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission on Early Creatives, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@earlycreatives.com with:
- Your contact information
- Description of the copyrighted work
- URL of the infringing content on Early Creatives
- A statement of good faith belief
- Your signature (electronic or physical)

Artist's Rights
Young artists retain copyright of their original artwork. By uploading to Early Creatives, the parent grants Early Creatives a non-exclusive license to display and print the artwork for marketplace and fulfillment purposes only. We do not claim ownership of any artwork.
