Our Safety Model
Six pillars that keep your child safe and your family in control.
Parent-Owned Accounts
Every account on Early Creatives belongs to a parent or guardian. Your child never creates their own account — you create it, you control it.
Display Names Only
Your child's real name, email, school, location, birthday, or any personal information is never shown publicly. Artists use display names only (e.g., "ArtKid_Nova").
Admin Review Before Publishing
Every artwork and product goes through our content moderation team before appearing on the marketplace. We review for appropriateness and copyright issues.
No Direct Messaging or Comments
We do not have social features, follower counts, direct messaging, or public comments. Early Creatives is a marketplace — not a social network.
Original Artwork Only
We require original artwork — no copyrighted characters from movies, games, or TV. This protects your child from legal issues and teaches creative ownership.
Parent Manages Payouts
All earnings flow through parent-owned accounts. You manage when and how payouts are made. Your child learns about entrepreneurship — safely.
How Artwork Moderation Works
You upload artwork
Parents upload artwork files through the dashboard. No artwork is visible to the public yet.
Pending review
The artwork enters a "Pending" queue visible only to you and our admin team.
Admin reviews
Our team checks for: appropriateness, copyright concerns, and quality. Typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Approved or rejected
You receive a notification. If rejected, we explain why. You can revise and resubmit.
You create products
For approved artwork, you select which products to create. Products also go through a review step before going live.
Products go live
After final approval, products appear in the marketplace. You can deactivate them at any time from your dashboard.
Parent FAQ
Is my child's real name ever shown?
Never. Artists use display names only (like "ArtKid_Nova"). No real names, emails, locations, schools, or personal details are ever shown publicly.
Who sees the artwork before it goes live?
Only you (the parent) and our admin moderation team can see artwork before it is approved. No public visibility until admin approval.
Can other users message my child?
No. We have no messaging system, comments, or social features of any kind.
What kinds of artwork are rejected?
Artwork is rejected if it contains: copyrighted characters, inappropriate content, hateful imagery, or poor quality that does not meet our standards. We always explain why.
How do payouts work?
All earnings flow to the parent's account. We are building Stripe Connect integration — this is a placeholder while in MVP phase.
Is Early Creatives COPPA compliant?
We are designed with COPPA in mind. Parents own all accounts. We do not collect personal information from children. We recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy.
