1. Who We Are
Early Creatives ("we," "us," or "our") is a youth artist marketplace at earlycreatives.com. We help young artists turn original artwork into print-on-demand products, with parent accounts controlling all activity.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information only from parents/guardians who create accounts. This may include:
- Email address (for account and order notifications)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card data)
- Artwork files uploaded to the platform
- Artist display names (not real names)
We do NOT collect personal information directly from children.
3. COPPA Compliance
Early Creatives is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). All accounts are created and controlled by parents or guardians aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Stripe for payments, Supabase for database, print-on-demand providers for order fulfillment).
